Spectral Shadowing Compensation in Double-pulse FBG-assisted φ-OTDR
Abstract:
In this paper, a method to suppress the spectral shadowing effect in the frame of a double-pulse FBG-assisted phase-OTDR is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The approach is based on the introduction of a small extra delay between the two pulses.
